Appennine Shred - Gravel Route
This route will take you up to 1674 m at one of the Appennine Passes crossing the border between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. We advise purchasing this itinerary, despite is not 100% on off road surfaces, only if you are planning on riding it with a gravel or a mtb. This is a loop route starting and ending in Bagni di Lucca where you can also park your car for free. You should be able to complete the full loop in around 6 hours, even if, considering the altitude and the geography of the surrounding you should allow your self a good 1h and half more in case of weather variations. On the way up you will be crossing several little villages from where you will be able to enjoy all the quietness of this area and admire the view of the surrounding mountains
